The role of the Website Moderator is to check and monitor

• Individual new members and existing members profiles
• Ensure our company policy and procedures are met
• Checking of personal information to ensure it is not offensive
• Checking uploaded photos and video
• Distributing e-news bulletins to members
• Creating blogs on various topics (writing or simply creating onbehalf of a client with their own material)
• Handling general everyday emails from members
• Customer Service and assisting with online enquires
  

You must be IT/PC literate and of a trust worthy nature, data protection is taken most seriously within our organisation and the sticktest of confidence is required at all times. Membership enquiries, complaints and/or reporting needs to be followed through with absolute confidence and privacy.
