I’ve not received an email to activate my account Check your spam/junk folder to see if it is there. You can add our email to your contact list allowing mail from us to go directly to your inbox rather than being diverted to your spam folder. It will not let me set a password The passwords are CASE SENSATIVE make sure you enter a password that you can remember as you have to confirm this twice. You cannot use a password that is in use. I don’t want to answer all the questions in the profile sections Do not answer any questions that you do not wish to, however your information is safe and will only be viewed by people you have allowed to see your profile (unless you have set your profile to everyone). Your information is not shared with any third party companies. And personal use in this case the parents, however it is a useful tool when mixing in friendly circles to put both your professional and personal information, especially if you run your own business you can place that information in the professional section allowing other parents and schools to see what you do as a profession. You might even gain referrals this way. Tip>> Schools can enter their web link under the professional section and parents can equally do this, a great way to promote your website. I cannot upload a picture Your picture maybe too larger therefore cannot be uploaded. Try resizing or reducing your resolution. Files must be either .jpeg or .gif and a maximum size of 500 KB. The website appears to be slow sometimes This is a common problem globally depending on website usage but you can check your broadband width, ideally you need to have at least a medium broadband to experience quick responses. Also having a large amount of photos and videos can also affect the speed at which the page is loading. Try refreshing the page. If the problems persists please let us know. I cannot find any other local schools This depends if they have registered under a school name or head teacher. Or this could be that there are no other schools within your town who have yet registered. Try a search covering everyone using a 10 mile radius of you. I don’t want to receive contact from another person You can select to ‘ignore’ them this will stop that person contacting you. And you can decline invitations to view blogs, clubs etc. If you feel you are being harassed you can report this to support@sociabubble.com I want to change my profile Your profile pages and any blogs or clubs that you have created can by edited and changed by you at anytime. Simply go to my profile on the top tool bar and click on edit profile then go through each section and amend/change what you wish, at the bottom you will see an update button simply click on that and the changes are made. |
